Most in-stock orders received by 12pm PT will be processed and shipped the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday, except designated holidays). Standard orders are shipped via UPS for commercial delivery or residential curbside delivery. Please contact us for other delivery options or large pallet shipments. Shipping and handling charges are estimated at the time of your order -- if we incur additional charges for your delivery you will be charged accordingly. This includes any charges related to address corrections, undelivered packages and returns to our warehouse. If you will be using an installer we strongly recommend that you receive your order before scheduling installation. Delivery dates are estimates and can vary due to weather and other factors.
Shipping Methods
We strive to give the best in shipping cost! If a shipping cost online, exceeds your budget, please give us a call and we can coordinate a better carrier and rates. We ship our materials out of Vernon, California. If inventory is out of stock, we may ship from our main warehouse in San Francisco. Shipped materials must be returned back to point of origin. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground which for most of our customers is the most cost effective option with various expedited delivery options if needed.
Pallet Shipments
Large orders will be shipped on pallets via a common carrier servicing your area our of San Francisco. Arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis. Delivery times and shipping charges vary based on carrier availability. Typically we can arrange, package and ship large orders within 48 hours of receiving your order.
